This will work with a 5.3L if you are using 98-02 Camaro accessories and crank pulley.

A: This kit will work with our 551669-3 alternator/power steering kit. You will need a 100.5 inch belt with a 105 amp alternator. With larger amperage alternators, you will need a 101 inch belt.

**Q: Will this fit a ls3 L92 motor**
A: Hello,
The spacing of this kit is 1998-2002 LS1 Camaro spacing which is not the correct spacing for the L92 engine. The L92, if you are using the factory crank pulley, is truck spacing. We offer this kit in truck spacing, our part number 551669-3

**Q: Will this work on a 3rd gen ls/lr4 ?**
A: Hello,

Yes this will fit the LR4 4.8L with a 98-02 Camaro crank pulley spacing.
You will need the 551445 drill template since this is an iron block and it does not have the upper alternator mount holes like the aluminum blocks.
