This female urinal has been perfect for my needs. I had a complicated hip reconstruction surgery with a long recovery time and am mostly bed-bound (as limited movement as possible). Obviously, getting up to use the bathroom, even a bedside toilet, was questionable, so I bought this urinal, not quite sure if I’d be making a wet mess or solving a problem. It’s amazingly easy to use, intuitive, easy-peasy! If I need it again, and nobody is around to empty it, I dump it into my bedside toilet. It’s taken so much stress off of me (and my hip!). My only comments would be…don’t wait too long to pee as it has a limited capacity. My only oops so far is that it was too full and kinda slopped out when I was lifting it up. Fortunately I have the washable waterproof bedmat under me just in case. This is a really functional urinal and highly recommend it.

I couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase. Prior to buying this, I was using a makeshift container that my husband put together for me, it was awkward and heavy. After a couple weeks of using that, I decided to do a search here and this came up in the feed. The best $20 I’ve spent in a long time. Four weeks ago, I blacked out and fell and fractured my pelvis in two places, this item is lightweight easy to use with no leakage, no accidents. Also easy to wash out. As someone else said in their comment, even if your situation is only temporary, this is worth purchasing. My situation is temporary and I’m so glad I bought this. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and while I can’t say I’ll buy it again because it will last for a long time, if I had to, I would.

This product works really great. Good quality. Wide funnel for good coverage of the entire area I rated it a 4 because the plug really should be threaded to prevent it from being accidentally pulled out or popping out if it gets knocked over.

Best dang urinals. Thick & durable. We used ours boondocking everyday while building a cottage for 2 years. Everyday! If I need extra capacity in the middle of the night, I pour some of mine in my husband’s until morning. Dump, rinse, refill. Every week or so we use cleaner and a brush to keep mold from growing.

This is not something people usually are excited over. I broke 3 bones in my ankle. Like I told the doctor, I'm older and I'm overweight, so things are not as easy. When you have to wee, but everything hurts its easier to use the jug. 20 years ago I had a cast on my left hand and my right leg and I could manage. Time has shown me that arthritis will drag you down. If you have a planned surgery and you can't get to your bathroom easily then get this. It's not something glamorous, but it works great.

Absolutely the best design out there! I tried others and they did not make it easy or, in some cases, possible to use them. I just traveled to stay with a relative over the holidays, and their bathroom was on a different floor than the bedroom. So I decided to try this product as I must get up several times each night to urinate. I am a woman that can't sleep through the night due to that. I tested this urinal not really expecting it to be easy - but it was, No spills, quick ease of use. And this is small enough it is easy to hide during the day. Just make sure to face the container forward with the larger (cup) part in front. The cap stays on after you use it - but press it down snuggly.
