Just got back to lifting a little over a month ago. I must admit I fell for the 'more expensive is better nonsense' Purchased some expensive creatine supplement on Amazon call Growth Surge. Had the typical crappy creatine supplement taste but it was manageable. It only gave me 3g of creatine per day though. Upgraded to another product from the same brand called Power Build. That turned out to be the worst supplement I've ever tasted. It was undrinkable, the first time I've had to return a supplement. Frustrated, I decided to return to Six Star X3 creatine which I have used in the past about three years ago (the last time I worked out :(). I thought x3 had a better taste than other creatine supplements I had used before back then, so that helped me to make my decision. The taste has even gotten better. X3 is without a doubt the best tasting creatine supplement I have ever had. The product is super fine so it dissolves really well. You only need to take it with 8oz of water which I like. Never understood why some manufacturers make products that need to be mixed with up to 16 oz of water. It has a nice fruit punch taste and just the right amount of sugar so it does not taste sweet. I've used three creatine products within the past month and this is the clear winner by a landslide. Good job guys, I will be purchasing all my supplements from Six Star moving forward.

I'd like to leave my honest opinion about this product to help anyone interested in buying it. I started taking this when I first started working out at 145 lbs. I'm a smaller framed male. I didn't do a loading phase and I'm not even sure it said anything about that on the label, it may. After a month I was up to 150lbs and after three months I reached 160 lbs. Taking this every day, even when not working out has helped me build muscle in combination with lifting heavy and eating more protein. Flavor: I like the taste of this. It isn't super strong like the pre-workout is. Mix-ability: I usually have to keep this constantly shaking in my shaker to keep it mixed up with water. I always mix it with more than the suggested amount and it never usually fully dissolved until I've drank most of it or have shaken it to hell and back. I'd recommend this to anyone who'd like to start using creatine to put on some weight and muscle mass. This also has BCAAs in it so that's a bonus. Right now I'm trying to "shred" or lose some body fat so I'm switching to something else that has fewer carbs, if not for that I'd still be using this.

I used this creatine for several months. I tried a few other brands and was frustrated with them. Poor results, flavor, or they made me feel like garbage. Once I found Six Star, I stuck with it for a while. In a short period of time my body got visibly bigger and well defined. I jumped 20 lbs in just about every lifting exercise. Everything about it was a slam dunk. Unlike other brands, I never experienced any indigestion or stomach pains. I'd recommend it in a heartbeat for anyone who isn't a serious body builder and is looking for a cheap, simple solution to bulking up. I did however, eventually plateau. I'm on to more serious stuff to hit a personal goal.

The mixture of both creatine monohydrate and creatine hydrochloride bring together the best benefits of taking creatine in one single product. The flavor is decent and for years I used unflavored creatine but was willing to try this as no other product had both forms of creatine for close to this price. It mixes well but you should give it 2-3 minutes and a few more shakes before drinking it. I have achieved decent strength gains going from 295 bench to 315 for 4 reps over the past 6 months. Give it a try and I think you will be surprised at the results from such a low priced option.

I've been lifting weights religiously for about 2 1/2 years now to get into to shape mostly. Because I'm now in my fifties and my body can't recuperate as quick, I've used several different supplements in an attempt to better my workouts and to drive efficient muscle repair. Nowadays, I am working out to build strength and began researching creatine powders, too. Man are there a lot of them out there but my research brought me to this Six Star product. I've been using it consistently for a while now and noticed the difference within days. For me, this supplement increased my muscle mass and boosted my energy and endurance. There is also some evidence creatine can help with a host of health conditions, so I feel this is an added benefit as well. For the money, this is the best option with the greatest results.
