Best creatine blend I've tried so far. I'm not a serious athlete by any means, but this does noticeably increase my reps during calisthenics, increases mind-body integration, and seems to provide a marginal boost for distance running, although I haven't tested this rigorously. The lack of caffeine in this blend was the major selling point for me, but the addition of alanine is a nice touch, such that I sometimes even drink this in the morning as a general pick-up rather than coffee. My only complaint is the packaging--for something intended to be consumed frequently, surely it could be packaged in bigger tubs, or even baggies, or really anything that involves less plastic.
