How do I get the other 2?** A: Same thing happened to me. I ordered pack of 3, payed for 3 but received only 1. **Q: Why has this product been changed? it appeared to be designed to last for a much shorter time. More sales?** A: I was not aware it had changed, as of my last order but it did seem to last a shorter time. As a stylist I would look at length or coverage changes, we often don't take a 1/4 inch extra would affect . **Q: I have tested several different area's with no issues, as soon as I use it on beard and mustache I get horrible burns. Why?** A: The internet is full of horror stories about what happened after many people used this product. The industrial chemical PPD is apparently responsible. Some of these horrible reactions happened to people after they passed the 48-hr skin-patch test. I know my skin under my beard becomes mildly inflamed and itches for several days after each use. I never stopped using the product because the irritation seemed mild. But after reading other horror stories, I cancelled my Amazon order. Im surprised the FDA hasnt looked into this problem.
