THE ITEM CAME DAMAGED SO I had to return it and when I wanted to order a replacement again it was not available anymore

Missing parts
Both drawer installation parts missing and no seller response to this complain, quality of wood is as bad as bad can be. Purchasing this product is a wast of £ Just shining but not for quality. Wabbling even after putting the available parts together awaiting drawers missing parts

Arrived damaged item was packed in foils only which were ripped as well I assume that there will be parts missing

Arrived without two shelves. Wood is poor quality chipboard and is splintering How do we complain and get a refund?

Ein guter Schrank für einen guten Preis - Qualität ist absolut OK!
Ich habe den Schrank für das Kinderzimmer meines Sohnes gekauft. Mit hat die Einteilung sehr gut gefallen. Daher fiel die Wahl auf diesen Schrank. Zum Prime-Day war auch besonders günstig im Angebot - daher habe ich zugeschlagen. Es kamen insgesamt 4 Pakete mit dem Hermes-Einrichtungsservice an. Alle Pakte waren unbeschädigt - und auch der Inhalt!. Die Front ist hochglanzlackiert in weiß - das sieht sehr gut aus!. Die Griffe sind nur aus Plastik, aber von Qualität OK (man bedenke immer den günstigen Preis). Alles in allem macht der Schrank einen guten und stabilen Eindruck. Zum Aufbau benötigt man etwas handwerkliches Geschick. Wer zwei linke Hände hat sollte den Zusammenbau lieber lassen und jemand mit handwerklichen Fähigkeiten ran lassen. Die Aufbauanleitung ist weitestgehend OK und verständlich. Ich würde den Schrank jederzeit wieder kaufen, da ich von Qualität, Anmutung zu dem Preis absolut überzeugt bin.

bien, si te llega intacto, embalaje muy pobre para el precio
El hecho no venir en embalaje de cartón sino sólo forrado de plástico ( ) ocasiona muchos problemas, costes y retrasos. No entiendo por qué lo siguen haciendo, con la pasta que deben estar perdiendo. El armario viene en 4 paquetes plastificados, en el primer intento me llegan sólo 2 paquetes, los otros 2 resultan dañados en el camino (normal) y se devuelven a origen... En el segundo intento me llegan 3, uno dañado y se devuelve... Un follón de gestión con Amazón dando explicaciones, gestionando devoluciones, etc. No merece la pena este fabricante, aunque el producto no está nada mal.

E arrivato tutto danneggiato, ho dovuto pagare un falegname per montarlo e alla fine scopro che mancano dei pezzi. Per quello che ho pagato e una schifezza. Le imperfezioni si vedono e non e possibile non fare nulla per avere un minimo rimborso. Che schifo
