My wife and I were both pleasantly surprised by how well this extension performed. The material feels high-quality not cheap or overly plastic like some other brands we’ve tried. It had a nice, realistic texture that felt natural and comfortable for both of us. The girth and added length were spot-on. My wife mentioned it felt great and that there were no difficulties during use, unlike others we’ve tried in the past. For sizing, if you’re around 6.8 inches it fits perfectly; if you’re over 7 inches, you might want to consider the larger option. The sizing really is true to what’s listed. Visually, the added thickness looks impressive, and it definitely adds to the overall experience. The fit was secure, comfortable, and stayed in place the entire time. Both of us give it a 10/10 — great feel, great quality, and absolutely worth the buy!

Absolutely Fantastic! Very easy to attach, feels Great once on, testis are Very Safe and properly tighten. The head does need to be a little harder to go inside the hole properly, but once in... Great!

It gets 2 stars, because it would have been a 10 star product if it didn't literally almost rip in half after one use. My husband stated it was comfortable for him, and no issues with over suction or slippage, as for myself, it was comfortable, and soft, no friction burn and no hard plastic feeling tip. I wish I could recommend it more, but ripping like that after one use is disappointing. EDIT: I am revising my review as the company actually reached out to me to offer a replacement which was pretty nice of them. However I've already re-ordered it. It gets 4 stars just for customer service and also, i did really enjoy it before it broke.

There was a small tear near the base that eventually just ripped right around. Wrote to have replaced but no answer. Other than that if there was no defect it would have been good.
