Really love this Matcha and is a good price buying it by the pound. Was turned on to this a few years ago and have been drinking it daily ever since. Normally I drink it cold, shake it up on a Blender Bottle. It's a nice bright green color and the taste is so smooth, and slightly nutty. It's so different from regular green tea. I've tried lower grade Matcha but always come back to Ceremonial grade and Jade Leaf is the best.

The flavor of this batch has strong earthy notes and a very light fruit/grass finish, I normally consume Midori Spring matcha during the warmer month which has a much stronger fruity/grass flavor ideal for iced drinks and Jade Leaf for the cooler months because its better hot so I rotate between Jade Leaf and Midori Springs brand and I think both are extremely high quality wise and worth the money.

When I buy this, I buy the one pound bag; expensive, but worth the cost as IMO, this is the best matcha you can buy - look for sales on this here and the obvious other source. Jade Leaf is the best matcha one can buy in terms of 'high end' matcha - nothing beats it! I've tried many high end matcha powders, again, Jade Leaf is the best!

I love the color of Jade Leaf matcha and it does mix easily with my matcha bamboo wisk. I wished it cheaper, but a pound will last me a good 5 months or so. I drink 2 teaspoons every morning.

This is quality Matcha powder that I have bought a multitude of times. I have had both there culinary and their ceremonial grade Matcha powder. I make Matcha tea and you can definitely taste the difference. I would recommend the ceremonial grade Matcha if you are going to use it in beverages. The culinary grade is more bitter and requires more sweetener. It is good to put into recipes where you will be cooking with Matcha instead of making a beverage. I will continue to buy Matcha from Jade.

The price, the weight and the quality in taste are hard to match. I have tested most matchas on the market for professional reasons. This one holds up.
