Having the weights secured by my thumbs works great for keeping them in place and eliminating chaffing caused by movement while I'm doing curls or upper cuts for 5 miles. My one concern is that the velcro strap used to secure it seems to be losing it's ability to grip. I'm concerned that in just a few more weeks I'll have to find another way to keep them still. Perhaps either a different velcro material or a strap to physically secure it as a backup would work.
