I love this pasta. It’s is not chewy as all it needs to be cooked within 3-5 minutes and it comes out perfect. It tastes like regular pasta but you can feel it’s healthier. Bo white flour. There is no added sugar. All natural. Someone wrote it’s higher in calories. It’s made with beans and peas. It’s healthy carbs and extremely high in fiber.
