Healthy through the Holidays!
A doctor I know takes this and recommended it. I've been taking it daily since November and made it through Christmas and New Year's without being sick, despite traveling across country to Phoenix for a 4-day conference and attending a football game in Nashville. Not to mention holiday gatherings! I believe it is effective, but it's pricey to take daily. I think it works better that way though. Tastes good, but I take it after eating because it seems a little too citrusy for my empty stomach.

I’m obsessed with the little vitamin C propolis immune booster shots. I buy these packages from Amazon every month and I never get sick. I look healthier. I feel healthier and it taste good. It’s easy to go and it’s totally safe, vitamin C, zinc, and vitamin D all in well little shot. And of course, the best thing is they always have propolis and everything which is antibacterial A very healthy alternative.

Absolutely love these power shots! I feel incredible after I take one. Take with food though. I was taking on empty stomach and it kinda gave me GERD. Tastes like orange juice.

Great quality, but packaging is an issue.
This propolis shot is outstanding for when you are feeling under the weather or need a morning energy boost. I really appreciate the concept and the quality is excellent. Some of the bottles arrived with minor leaks, so better quality checks and more secure packaging would make the experience perfect. I usually take one to two shots a day and it genuinely gives a noticeable boost whether it is for workout performance or speeding up recovery during flu symptoms. The taste is refreshing and reminds me of freshly squeezed orange juice blended with raw honey, and you can truly feel the effects working through your system.
