Works great

I found my boat fuel lines had rotted away the inside of my fuel lines. They didn't leak. The inside of them was eaten away! Thus, clogging fuel injectors. Save money! replace lines!

This one fit my Evinrude tank and engine perfectly probably could have stayed with the universal but would have taken some modification and I figured just stay with a higher quality

The inside of the hose is mostly what appears to be clear reinforced vinyl, which is quite rare (I've never seen it) for fuel lines. Most vinyl is unsuitable for fuel unless it is made very special, which likely costs more than the typical NBR or other rubber type hoses, so I am quite worried about the longevity of this hose, as well as if it will slowly contribute dissolved vinyl to my boat engine. I discovered this because I wanted to switch the hoses (and reverse-flow blocker) around for my boat, and so removed the various parts (see my pictures attached to this review). I will try to update this review as time goes on.

What I expected, worked well.

This hose is a female to female hose and makes an excellent replacement part, no modifications needed from my perspective.

Works well on my 80’s vintage Evinrude. Had to cut off one of the connectors to attach it to the fuel tank. If you do that, be sure to check the flow direction and cut of the correct one.
