Tested out the keyboard and so far all good. Had some initial issues as Armoury Crate is always buggy and couldn’t update the firmware of the keyboard. Once completed a fresh installation of the software again everything got sorted, but I have started noticing some stuttering with the keyboard when connected via USB Adapter to the Pc. Solved by plugging it in the USB-C port of my motherboard instead of using the USB-A Adapter included in the box. Recommendation: 1) Uninstall and Re-install Armory Crate 2) Do NOT use the USB Adapter included in the box (if you are planning to use it wired) it creates some conflict for no apparent reason. Many modern motherboards have USB-C Gen 2 Ports at the back, just use that. 3) if you are planning to use it Wirelessly, I do recommend to use a cable extender for the dongle that goes from the back of your PC next to your keyboard (better if you can stick it under your table, nearby your keyboard) it will give a better response as it might interfere with other 2.4Ghz dongles or devices if they are too close to each other (This is a personal advice as I do run many wireless products on my setup)

Especially order this one because it was the only available and existing option for me that Ticks all my requirements. -US Layout with EU Standard (big enter key and \ and . In the right places) -asus Software compability - volume wheel -wireless The keypad is a bit lose but it should be a problem if you aren't using it like i do for the couch. 1 Star remove because the handrest uses that britle synthetic fake leather plastic that will desolve on it on so you best bet is to trash it imiditly the rest of the keyboard is premium. Battery: As i only use it as second keyboard if i sit in front of the tv, the Battery holds for months without me turning it of and I also didn't had to charge it so far, also the rgb turn of automatically after a few minutes to save energy. For my use case it's perfect even if it was expensive to import it in country.

Was a nice keyboard... until I & O keys began failing after 2 years, seemingly for no reason, i never smashed the keyboard or spilled anything on it, those issues then spread to the whole QWERTY and ASDFG line, resulting in over half the keyboards keys failing to register. And now it's out of the refund/support window :) perfect don't buy ASUS keyboards everybody.

Keyboard just arrived, and I noticed the box had been opened before. Right away, I became concerned, and it turned out that some parts of the keyboard were missing. So far, I have noticed two missing items: the plastic cover for the numpad on the right side and the charging cable. I am very disappointed. It wasn’t cheap, so I didn’t expect something like this to happen.

Bought for my teenage son who absolutely loves it super easy to use and set up. Bit overpriced I feel tho.
