Very quiet and works great. Installation was straight forward and simple. When I initially turned the fan on I was expecting an immediate start, but there is a coast up period. Only a very short duration, but I believe this will extend the life of the fan. Good engineering.

Context: We remodeled our master bath and picked this out for our replacement to our old, noisy ceiling fan. Pros: - Multiple light temperature settings. - Fan is quiet. - Price was fair in comparison to other brands. - Subjective: it looks very modern and sleek. - Wires clearly marked; sped up installation. Cons: - Installation hardware to mount the fan box to the joists is cheap and difficult to work with. I ended up using the old metal frame from the previous fan box. - Fan cover is ever so slightly undersized for your standard cut out. I ended up using aluminum tape to seal between ceiling drywall and fan box. - Every now and then, the light temperature is wrong. It appears as though turning the light on and off too quickly can enter the light into a “temperature selection.” Not sure how this happens or if it’s a failure of the digital chips in the light. Overall: 4/5; There were some disappointing aspects like the mounting hardware and fit, but overall I would purchase this again. Pros far outweigh the cons.

As advertised this exhaust fan is amazingly very low sound. And love the ease of operation to change the light settings. I highly recommend this product.

Mounting brackets are only on one side so I had to bend a bracket to attach to stud, so now I don't think I can return it. Instructions are not very descriptive. Read through the whole manual before trying to install. Fan not very powerful. I let it it run for quite awhile and put my hand up into the fan and barely felt the air circulation. I don't have a big bathroom and this did practically nothing to get the moisture out after a shower. I had the modify the bracket, I don't think I can return it. I do like how light weight it is, how it looks, and the light is bright. Unfortunately, it won't work for me.

The fan is so quiet! We had to test it to make sure it was actually working lol we swapped something though, so when we turn on the light, it goes dim and then if I turn it off and turn it back on, it is brighter lol

Poor mounting design only allows you to mount it running your duct work between the trusses unless you add a 90 degree turn. I did not want to reduce the performance by having a 90 at the unit and another at the soffit. Made some modifications and ran the ducting straight out of the unit and out the sidewalls. Even with this my small 54 sq.ft. bathroom steams up with condensation dripping down the walls, mirror and window, and this with a 5 minute shower. I believe it is the poor design and size of the intake and not the fan motor itself. You can only draw so much air through an opening that is sized to small for the motor. Like sucking a milkshake through a cocktail straw. Makes for a good looking unit, but very poor performance. I have been in the building and HVAC business for 24 years. Should have stuck with Panasonic or Broan which I have provided in all of my customers homes and my own. Tried to cheap out while remodeling my vacation home. Lesson learned!

Using this in the guest washroom and it blends nicely with the ceiling. Low noise and good light. You wot need any extra lighting in the washroom.

Had to replace the downstairs bathroom fan. More than satisfied with the fan. Very quiet, lots of draw as the fan was installed close to the shower, the light is an added bonus. Excellent buy.

The fit and measurments were as described and perfect for my existing hole. Old fan was 100 pcm and wasn t strong enough for my bathroom. This one at 110 pcm is perfect for my need. The light is a nice addition. Easy install with easy to follow steps. I never give 5*.
