Does this wiring harness works on a 2020 Ford Ranger?

I assume it would. It was perfect for my 2019 Ranger and I can’t imagine the 2020 changed.

Does this provide power for a wireless brake controller?

No this is only a wiring Harness the brake controller has to be either added in the Cab or one of the new types that hooks into the receiver and works via blutooth
