Will this cover fit the blackstone model 1899?

As long as it's the 36" model it should fit

Does this fit the 2023 36” griddle with folding side table and cabinet?

Yes - I searched for one that would fit with both sides up and this is the only one I could find that was not 6” off the floor, which would leave the wheels exposed. The side table must be folded down though. This is a great cover, very well made.
