Got rid of my hip pain 100%
I am a pretty healthy, slim and active individual but last year I suffered with really bad hip pain. I was told I have to be more active, so I walked even mroe than usual, started yoga and stretching every day. Bought leg pillows for my legs. Nothing helped! I started on these 6 months ago and the pain has completely gone. They took about 3 days to kick in and never had hip pain since.

The bees KNEES and KNEEdles to say I will be buying again
I recently dislocated my knee and snapped my ankle and wanted to increase my supplement intake to help alleviate the aches and pains and aid in repair. I have previously taken glucosamine supplements when I was training for a marathon and it really helped to prevent the bone on bone feeling and make the joint feel more lubricated. These tablets are medium sized, if you couldn’t swallow however the capsule could be removed and the powder mixed into a drink. They were well packaged and tamper sealed. These seem to helping and my knee feels less painful and the range of motion has increased. I recommend and will be buying again.

Not high strength
I have used this product in the past and normal strength wasn't quite strong enough so instead of taking two I brought the high strength which works for me. Unfortunately even though the title said high strength it isn't. I won't return as I can still use; two of these is equal to one of the high strength.

Not had any side effects
Only just started taking them so can't say if they're working or not, they seem to be ok. Haven't had any side effects. Arrived quickly.
