Q: In the imag shown for this product are two completely different products. Can you please advise before I purchase which one is the one being sold?

It looks like they upgraded the product for 2019, calling it "Model B". The one I purchased in 2017 looks like the older photos without the dog in the back seat, the more sheer netting look.

Q: Do they offer free return shipping if it needs to be returned? I can't spot any information on the description page.

The return policy differs depending on who you purchase the pet net barrier from. Amazon will give you a prepaid label to return, but Amazon then charges the seller for the shipping. The seller may pass that charge on to the customer in a deduction from the refund.

Q: Will it work in a Chevy Silverado

It should as long as you have a easy to attatcj the bungee cords.

Q: Would this work with captains chairs and keep the dogs in the “back back” with the 3rd row?

As long as you have something to attach the four bungee cords to at the back of the 3rd row,, you can keep your pets in the back of your car.
