Works as described. The lock feature is handy as well.

This model was machined more accurately to fit the Sony mount system. The previous model had a very tight fit which make me feel like I was damaging the mount on my Sony camera. This one feels like a native lens for the Sony mount system. Very satisfied with the quality and is a must have if you have any old canon FD mount lens hanging around. As a photographer I recommend this!

Great little adapter for getting into vintage lenses, especially for smaller lenses since it adds a couple inches to the length allowing for better grip on the lens for stabilization. Seems to be made of good quality materials both metal and plastic. I haven’t beat it up too much but it has held up well to banging around in my bag as it remains permanently affixed to the lens I put it on. I’m going to buy another when I get another FD lens.
