It really works after spray but before you use you have to shake it for like 20 seconds to mix it well. I think those who have claimed it didn’t work was because they didn’t shake it well first before applying. I had post nasal drip for a year and it is the only thing that did some noticeable help. After using for a few days I sometimes feel like I don’t have any sinus issues. Occasionally I feel something at the back of my nose still but it is very minor almost unnoticeable. I still use it once a day just to keep it consistent but I can sometimes go without it and still be ok. I even stopped using the green bottle that helps reduce allergy symptoms because this one is so powerful.

I have always hated nasal spray. It almost always dries my nose out more than before spraying any. But this stuff here is absolutely amazing. I normally get pretty stuffy at night but with just one spray in each nostril it almost instantly clears me up and stays clear the entire night. One of the Best products on Amazon in my opinion

Excellent, you can tell from the first use it really works well. I’ve tried all the other nasal sprays and this worked immediately.

Opens me right up and contains Hydrogen Peroxide to sanitize the nostrils. Does burn a little if your sinuses are inflamed, but it works very well and does not have the 180 effect of the harsh chemocal decongestants.
