Its top does not seal completely and keeps moving. Steam is not trapped cause of this reason.

Peeled after a few uses
It was great at first and then only after a few uses it started peeling which is very unfortunate!

This roasting pan is just lovely and perfect for the purpose I bought it for. I plan to make sourdough bread with it and instead of using a very heavy cast iron pot, this will do the trick and will be much lighter. It's a perfect size for any roast or one pan meal as well. It seems well made and sturdy. I really like this roaster.

My pan was just what I needed. It is very well made and was packaged very carefully for shipping. It was shipped in a timely manner and arrived in time for a special meal I was preparing. Thank you for a quality product and shipping.

It is an okay product. Not as strong/heavy as they used to be made. Very shallow. But will do in a pinch. I had an 11 pound turkey and had to work hard to fit it in the roaster. Of course, the top would not fit due to the height of the turkey. Better for a roast or a chicken.Value for money-no.
