We also found that some of the screws in step 11 just DO NOT FIT. So we left them out - it was only for attaching plastic cover pieces on the underside of the handle, so they were stable enough without a couple screws. **Q: can i get someone to assemble this?** A: Assembly is available at checkout. I had someone assembly it and also paid to have them place it in the room where it was to be assembled. Both were well worth the additional cost. **Q: Does this actually take 1-2 months to ship?
