Can you make and receive calls via a Wi-Fi router

Dear customer, This phone doesn't support Wi-Fi, so can not make and receive calls via a Wi-Fi router .

I bought this for my housebound mother. It can make snd receive calls outside but not inside. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

If the phone works outside then this would suggest that the phone signal is not strong enough indoors you may need to change provider to one who may have a better signal indoors in your location.
