**Q: It is indeed seymour duncan sh13 dimebucker correct? it states it is but photos look wrong.**
A: We cannot say what the Amazon site says as we are not in control of that......  It is possible we have last years model in stock, so if dean just changed the specs, they did not tell us and we may have either one.   If it is something i can check visually i can do that.    Thanks    Look at Deans website for the latest

**Q: Why wouldn't this guitar be shipped in a secondary box? Mine is destroyed because it was shipped in the flimsy factory box. What a sad day**
A: I had the same experience. What a waste of a beautiful guitar. It needs to be packaged better. There is no way it could have not been damaged in shipping with the way it was packaged. Sadly it is now out of stock and my son has to wait indefinitely to get a new one. He is 15 and he saved over a year to get this guitar.  Very disappointing!  Still waiting on my refund.

I didn't have the 150 to buy an ml hard case this is a soft case, but fits perfectly and is pretty well padded. Plus only $40.

I love the guitar. Of course since it was carelessly boxed in a flimsy box and then shipped via UPS the box looked like it was kicked all the way from the state it came from. The guitar seems OK. I found a small broken piece but I can't find where it came from. I'm sick and tired of receiving stuff from UPS and the box is destroyed. STOP USING UPS!!! They are the worst shipping company there is! FedEx sucks too...

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Dime I've owned!

I had one shipped very poorly. After receiving my replacement, I can't emphasize the shear metal tone associated with this... I've always wondered Dean, or Washburn dime because I used to own a Washburn dime.This guitar has 20x the Dime tone and the neck feel is unique but SO good.I just wish I knew which seller it was being shipped from. Because one "seller" was very condescending answering a question I posted... Dropped 1 star to seller answer.
