I bought two stands, one came with the catch basin and the other did not. I returned the one without for an exchange, and the replacement came again without the catch basin. Maybe the manufacturer changed their design and the instruction inside the box shows that for 2426-DS it does not have the catch basin. So the image and description on the Amazon page do not match with the received product. I am tired of returning it one more time since we need to use it right now because of the novel coronavirus epidemic. But I would cut two stars off the rating. **Q: What size refills does this take? ltx-7 or ltx-12?** A: The pictured dispenser is a Purell LTX-12 Hand Sanitizer dispenser. This dispenser can accommodate the LTX 12 or LTX 7 Purell Hand Sanitizer refills.
