Assembly was easy and I live the look of the bed. No complaints. Great bed. I just recently moved and upon arrival of bew place I realized I can’t find one of the legs (and done hardware) . I was upset because I live the bed and it isn’t that old. On a hope and a prayer I reached out to the manufacturer and explained the situation. I asked if there was any way I could purchase another leg. After being sent a manual for the bed that included parts and part numbers I was able to identify exactly what parts and pieces I needed. The rep helping me then contacted warehouse to see if they had extra. Not only did they have the parts I needed, they sent them out at no charge! I was elated. They went above and beyond anything I had even imagined. There was constant contact and communication with me throughout the process including follow ups and confirmation of shipping. Again I can’t express the level of service I received. Very rare to have customer experience on this level! 10 out of 5 stars from me. I strongly recommend HOSTACK for product quality and excellent custom service. I won’t buy another bed from anyone else. I’m lifelong customer now!
