EXTRAORDINARY customer service. The USPS damaged my comb in transit and Viking Revolution immediately fixed the problem. I've used Amazon for MANY years and never left a review. But this comb and the product support team at Viking Revolution warrants the HIGHEST recognition. And no, I'm not sponsored by Viking Revolution and I don't know anybody that works for them. I just think you deserve to know the truth about a quality product you probably need more than you think. The comb: I, like you, didn't think a comb could be a game changer. A comb is a comb, right? WRONG! This comb lays my beard down exactly how I've always wanted. Not only does it stream effortlessly thru my beard without getting snagged, it also evenly disperses beard oil if you're looking for that perfect layer of healthy shine. The size: Most combs require an awkward grip to hold while you're bracing yourself for that painful snag as you go thru your beard. Not this comb! It fits comfortably in the hand. No snags. It actually FEELS good to use. I can't say the same for most other beard combs I've used in the past. The build quality and case: I travel internationally a lot and small things tend to make the biggest differences. In this case, the comb includes a stylish black slip-case with the Viking Revolution logo engraved (3-D stamped) in it. The comb also has a simple but stylish engraved-type stamp on it. The comb alone is worth more than the price here. But the classy style of the case and the design of the comb takes it to GAME CHANGING territory. In a nutshell: I'd be a little reluctant to brush my beard in public with most combs. It can be a little tacky. However, I wouldn't hesitate to pull my Viking Revolution comb out of its case and give my beard a quick brush in public. It doesn't snag, looks classy, and makes a bold but classy statement.

Perfect size comb. I have multiple that I keep in my bedroom, car, office desk drawer at work. Fits nicely if you wanted to keep one in your pocket. Wooden combs are the way to go so you do not create static in your beard. Coarse, and fine teeth are great for any type of facial hair, or length. Nice carry/storage case. Natural wood color. Recommend.

To be honest I only bought this comb because I need to get to $35 for the free shipping after purchasing some beard oils. I took a chance on this one because the price was right. I normally use a boar hair brush for my beard but I can't carry it with me to work. What can I say about this comb? Well it's my new everyday carry. I like that it's a good quality wood, it's light weight but sturdy and it grooms really nice. Also included in my order was a nice lil carrying case for the comb to keep it safe. I can say if your looking for a good lil comb that's not gunna break the bank, pick this one up. I took a chance and I'm pretty happy. Side note: it's kinda nice I can smell the oil I use on the comb, real subtle, but it's nice. Hope this review was helpful to anyone interested in this product.

I was going to get the Viking Revolution flip out comb, because aesthetically, it was so cool looking. But after reading reviews, some stated they wished it had bigger spacing between the teeth. I'm pleased with the spacing and two size option on this one. Compact enough to fit in front or rear pocket. Good build quality and material. Gentle on beard. Less pulling and tearing.

This is a great addition to anyone that needs something to manage their facial madness. It helps work oils and other products through the bear and help all of it. It especially works well with oils as the can be a little bit tricky while working it all the way into your beard. It's great to style and de-tangle along the way. The size is great to take it in order to use it when needed. Very high quality construction and usage. I recomend it when a person is looking for something like this to help.

I hope this review doesn't sound too negative - I reserve negative reviews for poor craftsmanship, defective products, or misleading products. This is none of that - this comb just does not work well for my beard. The product description is accurate, and the comb itself as well as the case are very, very well made. I will also say that it's a very portable wooden comb - even with the case, it's thinner than a wallet and can easily slide into a back pocket or into a shirt pocket. Even as really well made as this comb is, it's still wooden, so sit on it without the case at your own peril. The size and spacing of the teeth don't do much for my beard - I can get some detangling on the length of my beard (combing underneath/behind the length to dig in), but it won't do anything for the trimmer/shorter parts, such as my moustache and sides, whether it's detangling, shaping, or working in beard oil - it just slides over, not "through," the shorter hair. I think it is mainly the length of the teeth (they are fairly short for a comb) coupled with the inherent wideness of a wooden comb's teeth - neither the wide side of the comb nor the narrow side do much for my beard or moustache, except for the beard's length as I mentioned earlier. I think the spacing/width of the teeth would be fine if the teeth were longer, but then it wouldn't be as portable. I would say if you have a short, trim beard, this may not be the comb for you. Seeing how multiple manufacturers make this type of comb, it is probably useful for other, longer beards, just not mine.

Works great for combing out my beard. Usually use the thicker side first then move to the thinner side so I dont get any tangles. Also liked that it came with a pouch for storage.
