BlenderBottle Classic Shaker Bottle Perfect for Protein Shakes and Pre Workout, 28-Ounce (2 Pack), Colors May Vary

I have bought many blender bottles throughout the years. It seems usually every 2 years I purchase a few more. Amazon appears to have the best price vs the stores price of $9.99 per bottle. This time I choose the plum/teal color pack. I like to mix and match the colors allowing for a rainbow effect. The package arrived in timely manner and was in perfect condition. In the package was one box with 2 (28 oz.) blender bottles. One teal and one plum, just as I had ordered. These are the newer designed model featuring the hook on the top. I use these bottles for my pre- workout, protein shake, and general water bottle. During a normal day I bring my blender bottle to work with me and to workout with. At work I’ll drink 2-3 bottles of water. After work I go to the gym where I drink a bottle of pre- workout before starting to work out and then drink 1-2 more bottles during the workout. Finally, after workout I drink another bottle with my protein shake. I really like the design and the leak proof feature. I’ve never had a problem with them leaking and they hold a good amount of liquid. However, there are some downsides. The metal ball does a great job for mixing but it does make a good amount of rattle noise when your bottle is almost empty. In addition, don’t drop your blender bottle. I’ve had a few breaks through the years from dropping the bottle with it full of liquid. Furthermore, be careful tightening the lid. Too tight and the lid cracks around the edge, too loose and it will leak. This is how most of my bottles get retired. It starts with a hairline fracture that leaks liquid. It’s no big deal considering they usually last at least 2 years of daily use. Bottom line: Great product and I will keep purchasing these bottles as needed. I Highly recommend this product.

It's a blender bottle. This isn't the sort of product you'll need additional pictures or videos about because it's exactly as identified on the product page. Not fancy, no extra frills, just the old fashioned working as intended design. I generally find shaker balls themselves to be a waste of time, but the ones included do work, I think. I can't tell the difference between when I shake it with or without the balls, but your mileage may vary and to each their own or whatever other cliche phrase you'd like to substitute. I will say, however, that they do not leak and they do not drip liquid onto your nose like some other bottles do. The cap has an extended, round, nub that doesn't collect whatever you're shaking, so it will not drip on you when you're done shaking and onto drinking. I had a bottle that dripped on my nose every time because I *ALWAYS* forgot about it. It's a nice touch not to be dripped on. I don't think anyone likes being dripped on. These are quality shaker bottles, and the price for the 3 pack is great. I highly recommend these over the more expensive gimmicky ones. Much higher value proposition, and unless you MUST have said gimmick or the look of the other shaker bottle is to die for, these are the way to go. They have my no-drip seal of approval.

I have tried quite a few shaker bottles and they all seemed to lack something. I was not sure about the springy looking device used to provide some additional agitation of the contents, but they really work. I don't use them all the time depending on what I am mixing, but there is a noticeable difference when I use it to make a protein drink using soy milk and powder. Makes it nice and smooth. Works real well to mix up a Bloody Mary too !! The tops fit real well and don't leak at all. The opening cap needs a little oomph to get it to snap down tight, but once done there is no leaking. I normally just hold it with my thumb which works fine too. I have these in two different sizes and the tops are interchangeable which is cool. I pretty much got rid of all the other model I had so there is no mismatching of tops to bottles - which is a PITA. The opening is a good size too which is nice since I have big hands and hand wash everything. There is only one negative which is probably related to me hand washing my dishes. Over time the swivel joint for the cap arm starts to smell a little funky. So occasionally I soak them in the sink with a light solution of bleach to kill whatever funkiness is getting in there. Other than that, these are awesome and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a quality shaker bottle.

I normally wouldn't take the time to write a review for something like an inexpensive shaker...but this so one so exceeded my expectations that I had to! This is one of those seemingly simple products where every little detail has been considered and quality has been well engineered. Starting with the top, the lid snaps super tight. You can shake this thing with maximum velocity, knowing your contents won't escape. Not even a drop. And they even thought of holding convenience with the little tilt-out "finder handle" on top which makes carrying it a breeze. Then the bottle itself has nice 'ribs' on the side which enhance the ability to mix protein powders and the like with liquid. That and the clever wire shaker balls, mix really well. They clean up really well, too. I just add a dab of liquid soap and fill the bottle (with shaker ball still in it) with clean water, snap the lid tight and shake it much like I do initially with the protein powders. 20 seconds later, dump out the water and give it a quick rinse and it (bottle and shaker ball) are clean and ready to dry and use again. This is really close to a perfect thing - if by thing you are talking about a way to mix up shakes and smoothies! I hadn't noticed the "colors may vary" disclaimer prior to ordering, but I ended up getting the dark blue and a black one, so maybe I lucked out as far as color. I guess that would be my only suggestion for improvement - give consumers on Amazon the ability to select at least a few color combination choices.

I've been using this shaker bottle for at least 3 or 4 years if not more now. It's held a up to my abuse so it is definitely durable. The lid closes tightly and prevents opening whe. shaking the contents. I never used the spring ball for mixing, I always found things mixed fine without it. I like almost everything about this but it can be difficult to wash, I've hand washed or ran it through the dishwasher. Sometimes there's a smell or taste reminiscent of whatever previous drink that was in the cup that seems to stay behind.

Alright, let's get something clear. I love Soylent. I use blender bottles a lot. Man, if you want to make your shaker bottles better, you talk to the Soylent subreddit. That's facts. That being said, they are very effective at mixing fine powders ;). Chunky peanut butter was easy to mix in. Haven't tried anything thicker than that. The spout is a good size and the bottles a pleasure to drink from. Now some critical feedback: Noise: They are loud. You get the liquid sloshing sound and the rattling of the metal mixer ball and it's pretty loud. And the flip lid has a sharp snap (made quieter by closing it only when the lids screwed on). When you finish your drank, the ball rattles loudly. Idk, what do you expect. Can't stop gravity, dummy. Seal: The secure seal inspires confidence to the point that I can throw a closed maybe quarter full bottle in the backseat of my car and I know, there's a 99% chance it's Gucci. Cleaning: They are easy to handwash and dry (even air-drying is a BREEZE). However there are parts of the bottle that are just too small a nook to clean easily. Wear over time: Dark colored bottles like the light purple/pink? one wear visibly as stress marks in the plastic show as lighter areas like any other plastic would. I think it's okay, plastic is a good material for this. Also the lid hinge on the top becomes more floppy over time. This can become annoying if eventually you take a drink and your shake gets on your face. Hasn't happened many times at all so far but I can tell it's getting there. [A bit of deeper feedback for BB, I have been closing the flip lid one side first by twisting it. In an effort to make the lid less loud, it goes on like a paint can lid, one side to the other] These days, some companies believe they've earned the asking price for their products and some of them are right. I think blender bottle is the latter. Good job Blender Bottle!

Decided to pick these up to help me with my meal replacement powder as I've had issues with clumps even when using a hand whisk; And lots, and lots of stirring. - Short Review: Meal Replacement Powder - • Wide top, nothing new but just nice versus a choke neck bottle • Whisk Ball, no clumps, even at the bottom • Easy to clean, just rinse and dry • Rotate-able carry ring w/ rubber, goes all the way down, up to a 45° angle - Long Review - I was expecting this to be like one of those "As Seen on TV" products. You know... The ones that claim big shit but are downright trash looking to make a quick buck- But I was pleasantly surprised. 8 oz of milk, 1 thick clump of powder, and less than 12 shakes I have a smooth beverage. It makes it a bit bubbly but that's honestly not a big deal to me. I even tried to see how it would treat it if I just doubled it after the fact, which is when I have more issues when manually doing it. Again, no issues! Not a single clump, dug a finger around the top, a spoon and the bottom, you will not find a single mass in here. I really appreciate the little ring being moveable and having a little bit of soft rubber and I'm fond of the fact that there are no little rubber seals; As they're annoying to clean and surely are hiding some gross old germs you can't quite get to without dismantling it. I just wish I could've only gotten one bottle through Amazon Fresh (not given the option), but I'll be using these frequently nonetheless. I've had these for 4.5 years now and they are still going strong! They are durable and work like brand new to this day. These are definitely made with high quality material. No leaks ever and no cracks, even after being accidentally dropped a handful of times. These are easy to throw in a bag or backpack and you never have to worry about them leaking all over your stuff. The size is the standard, should work perfect for most people. Also super easy to clean, no need for a special brush or washing routine. They have a wide top that makes it easy. 5/5 stars highly recommend!
