Maggies Farm MAKS001 1Oz Ant Killer Syrup

We live in a farm-ette -- a 7 acre property where we have goats, dogs, chickens, etc. Ants are a constant summer problem (starts around end of May and goes through end of September). There is no way to stop them from coming. Pictured here is one of our dogs...and right along the wall where the is sleeping, and the dog food lives, we commonly get ants. They come through the baseboard heater ports (visible in the upper section of the picture). What makes Maggies ant killing elixir really useful is its viscosity. It sticks to the baseboard and to the wall. We use it as bait so the ants attack the Maggie poison and leave the dog food alone (and I suppose, ants now let sleeping dogs lie...). The borax is fairly standard for ant kill - but the the ease of use, and the amazing attractant Maggie uses has not failed once in the three years we've used it. A committed believer...

After noticing ants around my kitchen sink area and after days of trying to kill them with bleach spray I ordered this product, Maggie’s Farm Ant Killer. I put lines of this on small pieces of parchment and the line of liquid formed into drops, no problem because it let more ants have access. The ants swarmed to this product, i almost felt like I was attracting more, but the ants carry the liquid back to the ant nests and kill the remaining ones. After doing this for 3 days, with exception of a random ant here and there, the ants were gone. I think this product works excellent. Easy clean up, just throw the paper in the trash. Plenty of product for multiple uses. I still have a good half a tube remaining.

5 Star for the product: This a great product and decided to buy the 10oz tubes to refill the traps. Minus 1 Star for stocking quality control: I ordered two packages of the 10oz tubes. One package was in fact a 10oz tube. Unfortunately the second was a package of the 6 Ant Bait Stations. This had the incorrect bar code sticker, so miss labeled as a 10 0z box. Returned wrong item. And noted the miss labeling in the comment section. Amazon resent the wrong, miss labeled product. Hopefully it won't take the warehouse forever to figure out the oops.

Every spring we deal with tiny ants in our kitchen and bathroom. My son told me about this stuff. It really works. Highly recommend

One of my darling children left candy in their cup holder and it didn’t take long for crazy ants to set up shop in my car. They built a nest (probably multiple!) somewhere unreachable in my car (in my dashboard, inside the doors, etc). Tossing the candy, thoroughly vacuuming my car, and keeping food out didn’t help to get rid of them. Without a food source inside the car, they did stop coming inside, however I would always find them all over the exterior of my car... coming and going through all the crevices and driving me “crazy” (see what I did there) when I would watch them crawling on my windshield. I purchased expensive granules that claimed to work on crazy ants and sprinkled them both inside and outside my car in so many places... and I did this often. Sometimes the granules would attract them, but not always and it never got rid of them. Finally after searching around online I found this ant killer!!! It is AMAZING!!!! The ants seemed to be the most active at dawn and dusk so the evening this came in the mail I squeezed tiny drops in various places on the exterior of my car where I saw them coming and going (the window seals, the hood, side view mirrors, etc). They LOVED it and called in their many friends to carry it allllllllll back to the nest. I never realized just how satisfying it could be to watch ants eat poison. The next day there were none to be seen!!!! About a week or so passed and, to my dismay, a few crazy ants reappeared on my window. I immediately placed out a few drops of the poison for them and it’s been about a month now and I haven’t seen a single one. So for anyone struggling with crazy ants (who seem to love living in electrical equipment) in their car and who haven’t found a solution — this is it!!!

This really works! All ants gone by next day!

This bait attracted masses of ants ... for days on end. After a week, I gave up and removed the bait. These are the Argentine ants that we have in California that are almost impossible to discourage. Update: tried again with even more bait stations. Same result. I have used boric acid mixtures with success in the past but this product did not work for San Francisco Bay Area ants.
