Affordable and lights up my book well. However these get scratched over time if you don’t keep them inside of a book. I’m on my 3rd one in 4 years. Only because I am not very careful.

If I could give a zero, I would! The screen was scratched terribly and there is NOT a protective cover or film to peel off. We tried everything to find a cover or film. We even got on Chat GPT and learned that MANY people complain of this same thing. Just an awful product. Do not purchase!!!

Good Product

I love the idea of this product but the plastic is so easily scratched and then the scratches turn into white lines obstructing the transparency and making it hard to read through. It's extremely cheap so I can't expect much. I use it slightly lifted off the page or shine the edge on the page now instead

Simple - I enjoy the product; I am slightly unpleased with the quality. Using the product first day I thought it wouldn't work. Opened a full 24 pack of batteries (really I did) to try multiple ones in the slot to only figure that if I jiggle it and the battery is angled correctly the light will come on. I have to hold the device at an angle in my book for it to work, or else it would flicker a bit and as we readers know... the strain on the eyes can be hazardous if the strobe is constant. Well, I gave it 4 starts because I like that it fits my book pages - compact size and doesn't get in the way - easily fits in my tote or purse of choice (which is often times a tote lol) - word to the wise, keep the plastic on the glassy part to prevent unwanted smears (which is the same advice I read in some of the other reviews and I strongly suggest the same) I would try to return for another device, but it's not that serious I don't think.. I just learn how to deal with it and if it continues, I will just get a little piece of paper and stick it in the battery cage to hold the battery forward/awkward angled so the light continues to work

It works like its meant to and its nice and bright. The weight is light and simple to use but when i opened the package to test it out and read my book, the product already had scratches and apparent damage to the glass portion of the product. Id like to beable to read my book through a clear lens insead of seeing scracthes riddled all over it before i even open the box it comes in.

Absolutely love it. It makes the page so bright. Shipped fast and was affordable. Takes 3 AAA batteries. Only downside so far is that the batteries were difficult to get in.

It is very dark. It doesn't light up much..the thing is darker then my future. It's also very tough to get the batteries in and out. It messes the batteries up. I do not recommend buying. But I guess you get what you pay for and this here is trash. I can get something better at five and below. I would show a picture but I already have it in the box ready to ship back.
