Value for money and amazing service
The head set was brilliant quality just was incompatible with the works phone but the company was absolutely brilliant they refunded me without any haggling so can't fault Yealink thank you regards John

Perfect for Calls
I’ve been using this phone headset for a couple of weeks now, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The sound quality is fantastic — crystal-clear audio on calls

Nobody can hear me with this headset - AVOID!
I chose this as it was the same brand as our cordless handsets, however the quality is very poor. Every person struggled to hear me, even if I had my hand pushing the mic towards my mouth. I have returned it for a cheaper model and it's much better. DO not receommend this item.

three months old headset and mike stopped working - trying to raise issue with Warrenty Servcie Yealink and keeps asking to register the items- tried all seriel numbers listed on the packaging and none are recognised by Yealink -

Stopped working after 4 weeks
I brought this product 5 weeks ago and 4 weeks later it has stopped working. Trying to get a refund but not clear where to go

I love this! I work from home and it has been a lifesaver not having to hold the phone. Calls are as clear as a hand receiver. I don’t have issues with it disconnecting during calls, sometimes when I first use it after a weekend I have to push the headset button on the phone then I don’t have to worry with it again for quite some time, this is no big deal as I can do it as soon as I realize and it switches instantly. I would definitely purchase again! It is comfortable and doesn’t feel bulky. It doesn’t have a mute or volume control button on the cord, you have to press the phone buttons. The quality seems as it should, as long as your using the headset as intended I think it will last. Its functionality is great for working from home!

Works perfectly with my Grandstream VOIP phone. Some static on the first day, but then perfect afterwards. Way better than the more expensive Sennheiser headset where I had to hold to mic close to my mouth for the listener to hear. Totally happy. Great sound. Great mic. Great build quality. Highly recommended !
