Can I attach any kind of clip into this?

You can attach any brand of SPD clip, but it must be an SPD cleat (not Delta, LOOK, or SPD-SL). Our recommendation for best performance is the Shimano SM-SH51 cleat which is also available on Amazon.

Are these men’s sizes or women’s?

These are women’s sizes. TIEM currently only produces shoes in women’s sizes.

Good Toe Box for wide feet

I've been wearing these shoes 3 times a week for the past 4 weeks and they are alot better than the usual cycle shoes. Probably due to the fact they are like normal gym shoes and don't tighten at the toe box. The recommendation was to go half a size smaller, which I did and the shoe fits, but it also means I have to wear socks that aren't thick else I can't get my foot in the shoe, as it is I am wearing thin socks and need a shoe horn to get my foot into the shoe. So if you like wearing thick socks don't go the half size down.
