I'm a long time user of holy basil, having tried several different brands. I rotate every week or two with other adaptogenic herbs. It's been greatly helping with extreme stress for me. It's somehow calming but without making me drowsy or obviously effecting me like some herbs and medications do, no buzzy feelings. I actually wind up getting more done on this herb, without stimulating effects. I purposely try to aim near that wonderful time of the month when cycling this herb because I find it also helps with pms. While I'm not entirely brand loyal and switch around sometimes as far as brand, Nature's Way brand is one of the brands I use most often. Just as with most of their supplements it's good quality with some of the best prices.

Love these Holy Basil capsules. I keep them in my drawer all the time because the minute we get sick we find the flu bomb rollerball I make, and down a couple holy basil caps to attack the virus we are doing battle with. These capsules are Nature's Way and it's a very reputable brand. So happy with my purchase!

I saw this advertised on Dr. Oz as being a stress reliever. I've been using it for a year now. I think I am able to evaulate stress now and keep calmer than before. It's worth a try!

I've bought and used many herbal and other supplements over the years. This is one of those many of which I've tried. Nature's Way is a trusted brand and they have the best deals on quality extract versions. This is no exception.I don't take this Holy Basic extract daily but I have cycled it in and out of my daily supplement intake. It isn't something you feel working or see immediately obvious in my opinion, but it is indeed effective.

I prefer the Gaia Holy Basil, which I felt gave me better results. This seemed to work about half as well, and it smells kinda funky, not the way I expect Holy Basil to smell.

Highly recommend for someone who has stress issues. It helps with regulating hormones and keeping stress levels down. I have been using Holy Basil for the past 5 years and definitely will continue using it in the future!
