Healthy Shake that works!
Really healthy way to lose weight. It works! Might take a while to get used to the taste, but it is not bad. I got used to it and looked forward to each shake!

All Natural and works for me
This is truly the most natural and best protein powder I have tried. Before purchasing the product I did extensive research for my health wellness and weight loss journey. I have tried meal replacement protein shakes in the past with little to no success, again please note…for me. Once I decided to try this one I was not disappointed. I have been using Almased since May 27, 2026. I did Phase 1 for 3 days and have been on Phase 2 since May 30, 2026. Since taking it I have lost 32 lbs and still have another 15-20 to go to be where I would like to be. I feel healthy, energized and best of all, the inflammation in my knees and body has gone away. Prior to being on this plan, I would get home from work aching & fatigued…and mind you, I have a desk job with minimal supervision so I really should not have felt that way. I knew I was overweight, not eating right and unhealthy. I’m happy with my decision and results so far. If you decide to try this product, I cannot stress enough you must be disciplined and follow the phases on the Almased website for your wellness journey to be successful. Yes, this product is pricier than others, but it is all natural, packed with vitamins and minerals. The flavors are not that bad, at least for my palate, but I do prefer the Vanilla one. It leaves me feeling full and I am no longer tired or yawning at that 2:00/3:00pm timeframe. I am focused and energized both at work and at home. If you truly are serious about your health and weight I do recommend this product. But remember, you have to be disciplined and follow through with it. I hope my review helps anyone who is interested in buying this product.

Palatable
In the life cycle of losing weight I've tried numerous concoctions. That being said I've only used this stuff for 2 weeks . The taste isn't horrible comparing it to some of the others I've used. The fact that it is high in protein is a plus . The ingredients are impressive if they are true. Not losing muscle mass is a big plus. It does quell my appetite and of course losing weight boils down to calories in to calories burnt. This isn't magic. Like all weight losing it comes down to self discipline . If you follow the directions and not cheat I'm sure you'd lose weight. Plain and simple. This is a product that helps appetite loss

It’s delicious and it works
I can say my experience with this has been good, I have lost 7lbs since drinking this daily starting August 13th. I don’t know why people complain about the taste, if you know how to make a good smoothie you can make it taste delicious. I love mine and crave it. I use the vanilla flavored and I use frozen berry mix, a half of banana, cinnamon, chia and flax seed mixed, and almond milk throw it in a blender and it’s delicious . Using water, yes it’s horrible that way and would not recommend. But when you make it like a smoothie that works well. I’ve also made it as a banana and peanut butter smoothie and it was good. You just don’t need to use the powder and water alone and expect a good taste from that, add extra stuff that works for you.

Great product but don’t believe everything they claim
I’ve lost 15 lbs in about 2 months BUT, I have one shake/day and for the other meals either vegetables or egg whites or tuna. I like the Almased because (1)it keeps my focus on losing weight, (2) it is easy to prepare, (3) it gives me all the nutrients I need while eating so few calories so I feel good, (4) my hair is thicker and healthier and fingernails are stronger. I do not believe that I could drink Almased for a meal and eat whatever I want for other meals and still lose weight. But, it is an effective tool with an otherwise healthy diet. I tried 2 shakes/day and got depressed, so I dropped down to 1/day and felt better. I have not been exercising but am not sedentary. Almased does not taste great. I put a cup of frozen berries in a Ninja, about a cup of water, 1/2 single serve packet of lemonade mix (True Lemon) and the Almased. Pulse 2 or 3 times and it is a bowl or a shake. That way it is enjoyable and feels more like a meal without adding many calories. It seems a bit expensive but at $4/meal, it isn’t bad. What would you pay to lose weight?? So, while I do not believe all the claims Almased makes, it does give the nutrients needed to reduce calories and still stay healthy and give a boost to hair and nails in the process. When I lose 15 more lbs, I’ll probably continue the Almased for the nutrition value and add in more daily calories.

Easy to mix
I have only used it once so far as a breakfast meal replacement. I added 1/2 cup of French vanilla creamer and water with the powder. I added crushed ice. I put it all in my water bottle and shook vigorously. It tasted delicious! It does have an aftertaste, but subsides in just a few minutes. I know I will continue to enjoy it and hope to lose a few pounds.

Over priced
Although I don't mind the drink. I mixed mine with 8 oz. Water 1/3 c powdered milk and 4 tbl. Almased. I added some frozen strawberries, blueberries and mango chunks. It tastes like strawberry cake batter. Imo... It's way over priced. Won't buy at the $39.99 cost it is at again. It's really to bad.

So-so tasting, Very EXPENSIVE, and inconvenient!
Good grief. Where do I begin with this product? I saw the glowing TV commercials for this diet mix shake, thinking it was the golden answer to helping me easily lose 20 to 30 pounds in a couple months; but, honestly, it has been the most inconvenient product for me than I ever could have imagined- both in the level of commitment it requires and financially. While so many complained about the flavor of Almased being horrible, the taste wasn't that bad for me. Sure it has a saw-dusty taste which many find objectionable, but I mixed my Almased with apple juice or Juicy Juice (that fruit punch or cherry flavor fruit juice we all loved to drink as kids)! and it didn't taste so bad. Yeah, yeah, I know. I broke the rules on what to mix with it to drink and I should have used Almond milk or water. But, in my experience, the flavor of this isn't very good, nor is it too terrible. Quite frankly, it's the most boring, bland flavor of any drink mix that I've ever had in my life. I felt I would get really sick of the taste of it after a week and I just could not only drink this for days. I just couldn't. I tried the "Almond Vanilla" and it was barely hardly, any better tasting; but it's probably more worth a try than the regular flavor, if you have a sweet tooth, in my humble opinion. I must say that I found Almased to be quite an awkward diet regimen. The directions for this say you need to fast for 3 days -eat nothing but Almased and water. Then after 3 days fasting on it- on day 4 to day 25, it says you should only eat one meal a day and have to replace 2 other meals with only Almased for up to 3 WEEKS! Why don't I just starve myself for 3 weeks only eating apples and fat-free crackers with only purified water to drink instead?? I think I would get the same exact results but I'd also save a huge ton of money instead of using this extremely expensive chalky cardboard diet drink. I just want so much to emphasize one thing about Almased that I found unsustainable to continue with - the ridiculously steep price and the very small amount of the drink mix you get for each can. The product tells you to drink Almased 3 times a day/ replacing all meals for 3 days then 2 times each for the following weeks. A single container has 10 servings. You'll use 3 per day for 3 days then 2 per day for weeks and it costs somewhere around ( 40 dollars for each container??)? At my height, I have to mix 13 tablespoons of this each use and I could only drink it 2 times a day at most. The main point and fact I'm trying to make here is that one can of this would run out in just a few days or less than 1 week! You 'd have to spend well over a hundred, if not, two hundred dollars to have enough for this weight loss regimen while eating very little . And for the price, you don't even get any plastic measuring scooper included in the drink mix. It was somewhat awkward for me to have to keep measuring the correct amount of 13 TB spoons each time I used it. The only thing that prevented me from giving this product only 1 star, was that it really does seem to be a very healthy, detoxifying drink mix which I thought could really help one lose the weight- if you had the iron-commitment- devotion to it along with money to burn. The problem is it's rather crummy taste, long -term fasting inconvenience , and it's pricey, pharmaceutical-level expense. For me, it's not worth the money! I'd appreciate reading more sincere, substantive reviews based on real product user experience just as I have posted here, when more reviews on Amazon seem to be anything but.

Really Works
Works really well But it is pricey as one tin is only 10 meals The program is expensive if you have a lot of weight to lose The almond-vanilla flavour is great but much more expensive now So I am now trying the original flavour Haven't received it yet
