The lid was missing, but the foil is intact, I use this in place of folic acid.

Had a skin condition on my face, namely dry flaky skin which was exceedingly bad especially on my forehead. Dermatologists had previously said this was due to stress. I had observed in the past that this condition improved after being on holiday in the US. After a bit of research and noting that on some previous tests my folate levels were low, not enough doctors to worry about apparently, I started to take this supplement and my skin cleared within a matter weeks. This then triggered the realisation of why my skin cleared when in the USA as they fortify foods with folate.
