Can I put a joint on the end of it and smoke out of this thing?

Absolutely. Light the fatty and insert it in the end of the 2000. Now pull the plunger back slowly. Remove the roach. Now you can "inject" the cooled smoke into your or your friends waiting maw.

I've been using this water gun for a month or so. It is great but I cannot figure out how to drain water that gets stuck there?

There seems to be no way to release the excess water which eliminates the water gun from being a packable vacation toy but it is lots of fun otherwise.

Does it come with one gun or four guns?

This is deceiving. You DO NOT get the number of water guns shown in the picture. The picture showed 4 water guns and it was more expensive that most of the other options, so I assumed I would receive 4 water guns. Only one was sent.

Will this effectively shoot up at a high angle, to deter animals on a roof, or will it lose force at that angle? Thanks!

It will probably shoot 20' straight up with a lot of volume, but it will lose some force at that distance. A single barrel version might maintain more force at that distance.
