Great Multi-Purpose Cleaner—Especially for Brickwork
This granular chlorine does its job in the pool, but if you’re running it daily, cal hypo is usually the better long-term option. Where this stuff really shines, though, is on exposed brick and concrete around the pool or patio. Just spray the area with water, give it a light sprinkle of this, let it sit for a couple hours, and rinse it off—grime, algae, and mildew don’t stand a chance. Makes old surfaces look refreshed with minimal effort. We keep a bucket around for this alone.

Leaves no residue and is resistant to sun degradation.
I've tried them all and It's the best pool sanitizer available. It leaves no residue and is sunlight resistant so takes less to do the job.

Used this brand several years
I usually buy one tub of this a year. This year I had to buy two. I don't know if the formula has changed or I got a hold of some bad stabilizer. I really believe it was the stabilizer. Because I have used this brand for several years and never had a problem.

Swim swimm
This is my 3rd year using this product. I have in the past purchased this type of product from my local pool guy but his prices was double and although I would love to give business locally the price gouging is unnecessary. I found this product with all the right combinations which is very important. You need the dichlor with combination stabilizer, alkalinity neutralizer, algaecide, etc. Otherwise all other products are only chlorine. Those that use my pool ask if I have a salt water because they can't believe it's chlorine. This product is that mild yet keeping water clear. I have a 20 x40 pool about 30,000 gallons and I put in 4 cups of this every other day. Sometimes the test is so perfect I skip days. All I use is this and no other chemicals. Saves a ton of money on pool chemicals. Can't beat it, I wish I knew this 20 years ago. This is how pool companies make their money. I used to spend $800 plus a year on chemicals. So unnecessary. What is even better is nothing is going directly into your pool ruining the liner, you pour the granules into the skimmer. Magic!

These granules do a fine job
This purchase was the 3rd or 4th time I have purchased these chlorine granules. They have served their purpose well and in my fiberglas pool I am able to scatter the granules while the filter is running and there has never been a visible stain or bleaching from the granules.
