Square Tempered Glass Lid - Versatile Glass Lid for 10.5 Inch Skillets and Pans - Dishwasher Safe - 10.5 Inch

I initially had some concern after reading some of the reviews. Some of the reviewers said it did not fit the Lodge Grill. I grilled chicken tonight and had no issues with the grill or lid. Even though the grill is square, if you use it one way, the fit is less perfect than the other. So perhaps they were using the lid the wrong way? Even when used the right way, there is a small space at each of the corners that allow a tiny bit of steam to escape. In my opinion, it was by designed and not a design flaw. If you have used any convection ovens, air fryers, electric grills or pizza ovens, you will have noticed they all include an area for the steam or smoke to escape. This lid was no different and it did not have an impact on the cooking experience. I would imagine that the glass would be more prone to shatter if there wasn't any place for some of the heat to escape when using at such a high heat. I also noticed that using the glass lid helped to keep juices in my grilled chicken. I seared the chicken on medium to high heat on both sides to get nice grill lines, and then I added the lid to finish cooking the chicken. It came out tasty with nice char marks, and the chicken was not dried out. The lid was a perfect complement to the Lodge grill and it was perfectly sized to fit the Lodge grill.

This lid fits the intended Lodge square pan model with gaps at all corners--not a great fit, but okay. The gaps do not seem to much diminish the effectiveness of using a lid. Having a lid for a Lodge fry pan cuts down greatly on cooking odors spreading through out the house. When washed, water is always trapped between the base of the rubber handle and the top of the glass. To get this lid clean, running it through a dishwasher is the best method.

Cast iron makes great char mar! This lid keeps the stovetop clean when cooking a steak in the house. 😉

I purchased this cover for my 10.5 in. square Lodge skillet that I bought recently. The cover fits the skillet nicely. Although I haven’t used it yet, I purchased a round one in 2021 for my 12 inch round Lodge skillet. When I bought that one there were complaints in the reviews that the knob is defective and would come off. As a precaution, I purchased a replacement handle at that time. This one looks like the same knob. In the reviews for this 10.5 inch cover, I saw the same complaints about the knob. I don’t anticipate having any problems with this knob since I didn’t have any with knob on the 12 inch cover. However, it is good to note that I do not use the cover in the oven and I don’t put it in the dishwasher either. I still have that replacement knob just in case. 🙂 If anything changes, I will update my review.

Prefect fit for the Lodge grill pan. I changed the rubber/silicone handle on the lid as I don't like it.

アウトドアではなく、家の中で使用です。 そもそもガラスなので、耐久性は不明。 いままでアルミいちいちホイルを蓋替わりにしてましたが、ちりもつもれば…。 蒸し焼きができるって便利。 光熱費も削減できるし、美味しい。

I bought this for my Tefal square griddle pan (as Tefal don't sell them), it doesn't quite fit but it's the best I could find & does the job, however, after using & washing it twice, the handle came lose & has now come off. The screw isn't quite long enough to catch through the thickness of the rubber washer, so I have bought a new longer screw & it's now fine. This lid wasn't cheap (£35) so you would expect them to rectify this problem as other people have had this same problem & fixed it themselves like me.

I’ve been hunting for a lead for my square pan. You just can’t seem to find square lids for griddle pans and fortunately, I had to send this back but there was no problem doing it if it had fit I would’ve been delighted. It was very good quality.
