Not sure, but it does come with 2 keys and there is a number on the lock with the same number on the keys, so I would assume that would be so you can get keys.

I do not think there is a master key. The keys have a number on them for ordering replacements if it is offered.

PROS: Adjustable dividers for various sizes of bulbs. Also, the container is made of a lightweight material for ease of lifting and carrying a full container. CON: the whole container is of a lightweight and delicate material that won't adequately protect the contents.

The bags are better than any I've found before. The size and material are great. Got two keys with each bag. The only problem is it doesn't tell you how to lock the bag. I haven't been able to figure it out. My daughter and myself tried to lock it with no luck. Help!!
