Saves my back when opening sash windows -- makes it much easier to lift them.

Very Disappointing - Professional Grade? Hardly. Awful screws!
I liked the finish and the look and I should have not discounted the negative reviews. The screws are cheap and whether I used a hand-held Phillips screw driver or my electric screwdriver it tore it up.Also, what was their before turned out was better quality. You can see that the older ones are flush with the surface, the newer ones aren't. Bought 14 of these so I am NOT a happy camper.
