I haven’t used it yet. But hey, it’s parchment paper and it will work. It was so much cheaper to buy this brand vs the cheap store brand.

Easy to use and will last for some time

Its better than that brown paper which leaks like a sive. Clean up is easier with this. Only complaint is the box tends to be just bearly addiquate to hold the roll. I've hade to reenforce with tape to make it serviceable

The rolls were large and each container box had its own cutting device that hooked onto the box. So convenient!

I first bought this heavy duty roll last year (2021) because it had a temperature resistance of up to 450 degrees F., which I needed for my baking. It was fantastic, so I didn't hesitate to order again (October 2022) when I was running low. Unfortunately, the box on the new rolls I received says that the product is only rated up to 425.The product description on Amazon still lists temperature resistance of up to 450, and the seller posted no photos that display the temperature rating, so there was no way for me to know that that Katbite had made this change. (I double-checked the older box and confirmed that it did list a temp resistance of up to 450.) It's disappointing, because parchment rated to high temps is really hard to find, and the downgrade seems very deceptive. Too much of a bother to return it, but I'll be looking for another brand in the future.
