Wish they sold it in America. calcium carbonate 522 mg, light magnesium carbonate 68 mg and sodium bicarbonate 64 mg **Q: are these pills or chew-able tablets?** A: Chew-able tablets. You can swallow them but more fast acting if chewed. **Q: what are the ingredients?** A: Calcium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate and magnesium carbonate. However, whatever are the ingredients, Bisodol works. It has worked for me for many years and I am so very happy that I was finally able to find the tablets through Amazon.
