It adjusts between a 10 and a 15 blade. I had taken my 15 year old schnauzer to the groomer back in December 2020. When I picked her up, she looked like she hadn't been groomed. I have been grooming my dogs for 15 years, I just felt like having someone else do it for a break. The groomer used a 7 blade. What? I've never used a 7 blade. I always use the 10 blade. I called another groomer and explained what I wanted. She said, "It sounds like you're going to be picky." WTF??? I was like excuse me? shaving my 15 year old schnauzer down with a 10 blade is not picky. I don't need her to have a skirt or furnishings, she's old, I just want her clean and comfortable. In comes this blade. this is perfect. It adjusts between all three blades, but I only needed the 10 and the 30. 10 for her body shave and the 30 for her ears and feet. I like the tops of her feet shaved super close and the paw pads done. I also bought some blade oil with this. Groomers with attitude, or don't listen, or make smart a$$ remarks about customers are the reason I've been grooming my dogs for years. This blade is great, works with my clippers. And I will continue to groom my dogs, my way. This is perfect.
