I purchased the Nutripro Juice Mixer on 08/11/2024, and the product came with a 2-year warranty. Recently, on 04/05/2026, the mixer stopped working. I raised a complaint through WhatsApp customer support and shared the invoice, warranty slip, and product photos as requested. After verifying all the details, within 4–5 days I received confirmation that a replacement mixer had been dispatched, and it was delivered within the next 2–3 days. The old mixer was also picked up smoothly by the courier service. Overall, my issue was completely resolved within 7–8 days. I am highly satisfied with the customer service, quick response, and fast warranty support provided by the company. I highly recommend this product in this budget range. Very good product and excellent after-sales service.
