**Q: what is the hole spacing between the 6 mounting holes? designing a bracket to attach to by vehicle**
A: This is to mount the Anderson connector inside this unit.  Mounting the Anderson connector properly in this case will keep one from reversing polarity on the battery cables.

**Q: Does this come with the matching pair of anderson connectors?  If not, will a standard 50amp anderson power products SB50 fit?**
A: Hi... Thanks for the question.. 
No sorry the 50a Anderson plugs are not included but yes the SB50's will fit fine as well as most after market 50a brands..
