Disappointing Experience with Toyota Highlander Trailer Hitch
I purchased this trailer hitch for my Toyota Highlander, and it turned out to be problematic. It was impossible to prevent the exhaust from making contact with the hitch whenever I encountered bumps or intersections. It's disappointing, especially after spending so much money. Unfortunately, I faced personal issues within the 30-day warranty period offered by Amazon, so I couldn't return it. I had to secure the exhaust with wire to prevent it from colliding with the hitch. In the coming days, I will upload a photo of what I had to do to prevent the exhaust from hitting the hitch. I can assure you that the installation was done correctly. Would I recommend it? I'm not sure; at least in my experience, it left me disappointed. I hope something can be done about this.

Perfect fit-terrible ship
It’s a solid hitch, holes line up perfectly on my 2019 rx350L. It was poorly wrapped in pallet wrap clear plastic and there were a lot of paint scuffs. I ended up repainting it.

Perfect fit! No drilling!
I had it installed at a shop, but they said it was textbook easy! Of course they had it up on a lift, and if I had one, I would have did it myself! There were a few bolts left from a cosmetic cover that had to be removed, but that's okay. This was on a 2015 Toyota Highlander XLE all-wheel drive.

Does the job but ugly
Does the job but UGLY. Hangs down under your bumper. Likely people installing like it because that makes the work easy - install was less than an hour. But if you care about aesthetics then get the other invisible under bumper kind. If you don’t focus on aesthetics then this is easy install and works great.

Good hitch receiver
It wasn’t complicated to install, I did it by myself but I would recommend having someone to help during the placement, it is heavy, I was by myself but determined to install it, so I use my wits!
