ESD vinyl mat kit. ESD Vinyl Mat Kits are ideal for static dissipative and flexible work surfaces. These ESD Vinyl Mat Kits have a solid vinyl, homogeneous construction with a buried conductive layer in between, which provides superior physical and electrical qualities. They are considered to be our highest quality mats and the best at maintaining an ESD Safe environment. Meets ASTM D412, D624, D2240 and ESD S4.1-1997 standards. Surface resistivity of the top layer is 10000000 to 100000000. Temperature resistance to 160 degree F. Kits include the mat, a ground cord and a wrist strap. Applications: table top use to provide static safe work surface for static sensitive products in aviation, cleanrooms, computer operators, computer technicians, fiber optics, hospitals and pharmaceutical industries. These mats are resistant to degradation by inorganic acids, organic acids, reducing agents, detergent solutions, alcohols, aliphatic hydrocarbons, mineral oil, amines, and aldehydes. 3/32" thickness. Kid grain emboss pattern. Tensile strength: 900 lbs/sq in minimum. Elongation: 125 percent minimum. Tear: 150 lbs/in minimum. Durometer: 85 +/- 5, Shore A. -20 to 160 degree F suggested service temperature.
