Flavor is ok. Not to sweet and can be a bit grainy if you don't mix it well. I got some for long term storage but had to try one so I know what I'm working with. Only mixed it with cold water so far

Delicious and good for you and can be stored a long time!

Taste horrible
Top 1/4 of can was empty. While I would say it was chocolate flavored it was an awful taste. Ended up throwing the rest of the can away. Will look for something else.
