In love with this book!!
I saw this book at a bookstore and knew I needed it for my class. I teach first grade and from day one I speak of the importance of having gratitude. In fact we start everyday with a moment of gratitude. I read this book to my class on the last day of school and it wrapped our year up beautifully. I wanted to leave my student's remembering the importance of being grateful. The pictures are beautiful and the words are perfect.

Another treasure
Once again this author and illustrator bond has yet another exquisite story. The character and his friend “Muchness” are beautifully illustrated to share bonds and show how gratitude and its meaning is so important and not to be overlooked. Amazingly done this , author and illustrator combo, is truly a gift to all readers and a timeless gift.

We bought this book in a boutique shop in Gig Harbor, WA but gave it away almost immediately. I bought another copy for myself on Amazon. I think it is a wonderful gem of a book...something to have on your TV stand or coffee table. The message in this book is

This was meant to be a gift and it was sad to see the state in which some of these books were - there were scratches and crumpled parts in the main cover. Also the spine looked weathered and old.
