extra fine glucose but not so fine as to be powdered.
Dextrose is glucose.. it is fine enough to dissolve quickly. Store in low humidity.

Extremely Grainy
This product is not right, it’s extremely grainy and doesn’t mix in at all. Does not mix in and get smooth with water like other brands. Poor quality compared to other brands I’ve used.

I am a home brewer and like to buy in bulk. This was a good price for 50 pounds of dextrose.

Great product but not 50 lbs
Great product, consistent and clean. The last two bags I ordered however, weighed 46.5 lbs & 47 lbs. - not a full 50 lbs.
